Manoir de Bellerive is a 19th century country manor that is situated
in a quiet English-style park on the banks of the Dordogne river.
The Manoir de Bellerive invites you to discover the charm and colors of Perigord, whatever the season. Our beautifully appointed rooms
either look out over the park or the river, and of course have all the luxurious amenities for your comfort, with modern spacious baths.

Marcel Clevenot and Eric Barbe's high standards of cuisine and service are reflected in the awards they have received from the most
prestigious food guides.  The superb entrées are served in two impressive dining rooms, the Eugénie and the Hortense, each seating 30
to 35 persons, and a private reception room seating 10 to 15.

Partake in one of our Gourmet Programs!  We offer a 'One Week Program' that includes room and half board, nine holes of golf,
one cooking class with Chef Eric Barbe, a guided tour of either Cadouin Abbey or Chateau de Beynac, one full spa treatment and a
guided tour to a Bergerac vineyard.  The wines of this area are superb!

We also offer several cooking classes that you can select from: ' a three day Introductory Cooking Class; a 6 day 'Introductory
Cooking Class' or a 6 day more detailed cooking class.  All classes are held in the morning, and specialize in some of the most
delightful and world famous foods from the Dordogne that include...foie gras, truffles and other regional specialty dishes.  All are
prepared with fresh local produce and products.

Afternoons are spent sightseeing and venturing out to explore the regions prehistoric caves, historical chateaux and the cliff villages.
There are many outdoor activities that include biking, canoeing, hiking, rock climbing while admiring the magnificent vistas along the
way. We offer our 'Discovery Tours' through the Dordogne that is steeped in history dating back 17,000 years or more.  Our tours will
take you through prehistoric Perigord, Perigordian historical chateaux, the great South-West vineyards and wine tasting, and of course
there's a great golf course nearby and parachuting if your so inclined.
